Clinical Partner — Behavioral Health

Cottonwood Center for Counseling

Cottonwood Center for Counseling, PC has partnered with Creator's Legacy to provide psychotherapeutic and behavioral health support for clients involved in the Creator's Legacy program and journey. Established in 2013 and led by clinicians Matt Vicario, CMHC, and Jessica Coffin, CMHC, Cottonwood Center for Counseling specializes in addiction treatment, trauma recovery, relationship and marital counseling, sex and sexuality treatment, domestic violence, and mental health promotion.

Cottonwood works closely with individuals involved in the criminal justice and correctional systems with years of experience providing approved programming for substance use disorders, sex offender treatment, domestic violence offender treatment, and survivor support. Case management and peer support services are also part of the agency's support model.

Peer support services are provided by Henry Olson.

Operating Partner — Midvale Location

Caroline Pack, a business owner and nonprofit founder, has guided individuals and families through life's transitions with clarity, compassion, and expertise for over twenty years. Drawing on her occupational therapy foundation, she collaborates with families, educators, therapists, and community partners to create practical, individualized plans that promote independence and meaningful outcomes. She is committed to bridging service gaps and empowering people with the tools and strategies they need to move forward with confidence.

Matt Vicario

Clinical Partner

Matt has over 20 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field. He began on the crisis management team at the Salt Lake County Adult Detention Center, later becoming Program Manager of the mental health program. He transitioned to private practice in 2011 and specializes in psychotherapeutic services for individuals involved in the criminal justice system. His vision is to help individuals transitioning out of correctional systems thrive beyond their previous level of functioning.
